Blind Hot Sauce - Flathead Cherry Bomb

Whenever Blind makes one of their small batch releases of this special hot sauce, I snatch up as much as I can so I can use it and still have some in reserve until they eventually make more. Habanero is the only pepper used to bring just the right amount of heat for most people, and it pairs exceptionally well with the apple-cider vinegar base that Blind is known for; this makes the addition of Flathead Cherries (the only cherry worth anything, in my opinion) all the better. After the heat and sweetness, the onion and garlic come through in their own right, making this rare hot sauce far from a one-trick pony. 

This hot sauce is a special workhorse that pairs well with anything grilled or pan-fried. It especially goes well with red meat, including elk and venison, which makes it an especially great gift for anyone who hunts or enjoys the efforts of those who do.
