Limitless tastes like the hotter version of AW's Montana Rooster. It's a bit heavier on the vinegar, which adds some good acidic tartness to balance the natural sweetness of the fresno and bhut gokali (ghost) peppers. The inclusion of the scorpion maruga pepper is the real secret to what makes this sauce so good, adding a bit more sweetness and a characteristic sting to the already high heat of the sauce. As such, it works well for Asian and Latin dishes, as well as really anything else that could use a good amount of heat and spice. Limitless, like many ghost pepper heavy sauces, serves as an excellent ingredient in making your own condiments, especially taco sauces and dressings.
