Pully's Hot Sauce - Mole

Mole is tied for my favorite hot sauces in general. It's a mostly savory and subtly sweet heat. The cocoa flavor backed up by hickory smoke is strong enough to let you know they're there and offers a great contrast to the sweetness of OJ concentrate and the natural sweetness of the peppers, lime juice, and molasses. It's the right balance of heat for most dishes, and the more sauce you add, as is normal with Pully's sauces, the thick texture means the flavor is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way. I mostly use it on anything with ground beef in it. Some customers report that they prefer it as a marinade for solid cuts of meat.
