Pully's Hot Sauce - Salsa Verde

Salsa Verde was the first hot sauce from Pully's I tried, and it remains popular years later. I normally like things with much more heat, but as it's a thick sauce, basically salsa in a bottle, its concentrated flavor is something I readily reach for. It's as zesty as promised, balanced by the sweetness of lime juice and just the right amount of molasses. My friend calls it a super soaker sauce; it's perfect to turn any burrito into a wet burrito.
